LIMERICKS

Dear students,
1.- A limerick is an easy and short poem which can be used to practise your rythm and pronunciation; let me give you an example:
A limerick is simply five lines
that add up to make a short rhyme.
Whatever you do
it goes two by two
so your sentences rhyme every time.

2.-
Now, try to fill in the blanks of the following limerick:
There once was a girl called Alice
who wanted to live in a ..............
She lived in a cave
and she saved and she ..................
and married a banker from .................

3.- This is the hardest part of the activity; you will have to create a limerick by yourself. Follow the instructions given above.
